VEX DRAMAS SA in corporation with GANIS BROS S.A. can supply customers with
wooden pallets and lumber beech and poplar. We also supply: boxes, easels, wedges, timber of support, boards, picture etc.
Using the modern technology equipment of our factory, we separately manufacture all the types of pallets depending on the needs of each customer, with precision in final dimensions. We can also provide wood for pallets that can be used to produce pallets in automatic lines of production. These wood articles can be until 3m long. We can also provide timber for building in all dimensions from 4m-6m out of Pine or Fir. Through Dimoxilourgiki we can also provide to our customers wood articles F5-F18 until 5m long either impregnated with CCA or not. In addition our company can provide wooden plates from Pine or Beech.
For the production of the products we use raw material round timber, pine (black and forestall), spruce, beech and veal.
There is the capability of thermal treatment – insect removal and artificial drying of any kind of timber, to the desirable rate of humidity, with our three modern dryers with capacity of 200 cubic meters each one.
The Company GANIS BROS S.A. bought in 2007 from the Municipality of Dramas the DIMOXILOURGIKI Dramas Company which has been successfully activated in the wooden manufactures for spaces of amusement, play grounds, beaches and gardens. In the DIMOXILOURGIKI company you will find a big variety of wooden manufactures, excellent quality of treated timber, secure and big duration of life, as: hedges, pavilions, pergolas, wooden bridges, various wooden settlements (refreshment stands, shops, kiosks, lockers room, deposits etc), bench, wooden tables, plates, fl ower-stands, buckets of wastes and a big variety of constructions for play grounds (slides, see-saw, swing, horizontal bars, mills, towers, rings, etc).Our company undertakes the complete formation of the customer’s space, the manufacture and the placement of manufactures of treated timber and materials friendlily to the environment and to the human.
You can send us a drawing of your space and we will provide you the appropriate proposal based on the proportional equipment and all the technical elements that you will need for the better formation of your space.
The impregnation in our facilities is done by the application of air vacuum to the cylinder, in order to remove the air from the timber and then we fi ll the cylinder with the solution of the impregnation. At the same time we subject pressure 13bars in order to get the solution to the centre of the timber.
